Hospitality Ver 5.1.0.3 Released on 2010/02/26 (UPGRADE)
Issues resolved and new features:
POS Restaurant/Bar:
Introduced a ‘No Charge All’ NC ALL for use before ‘Sales Cashup’ to change all transactions on the Bill to Complimentary. This is in addition to the ‘No Charge’ NC for use on a specific transaction line.
Introduced a new payment method ‘GROUP’. This is for In-House Guests posting of the Bill directly to the Group account. Works the same as ‘IN-HOUSE’ but this is not posted to the Guests ‘Additional Costs’. This goes directly to the Group ‘Additional Costs’
Works with the same ‘Charge codes’ – Setup Company – POS – In House Charge.
Rearranging the controls to incorporate the NC ALL button. The payment type selection button that defaults on CASH (As most transactions are cash) is now at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Setup Interface Pastel
Change the required field settings to first allow the selection of the Pastel interface and Pastel Company path before checking for the following required fields:
POS Cash Sales
POS Daily Takings Control Account
POS Discount
Shift Reports:
Fix Shift Reports to incorporate ‘Group payment’ changes:
